King's Head Theatre 2024
Exhibitionists was the vibrant inaugural play to open the brand new 200-seat King’s Head Theatre in January 2024.
Co-produced by Elphin and Seabright Live, this fresh and witty romantic comedy, written by Shaun McKenna and Andrew Van Sickle, explores love, sex, and freedom through the story of former partners Robbie and Conor, whose spontaneous road trip sparks chaos, laughter, and reconnection.
Praised for its sharp dialogue, authentic LGBTQ+ representation, and lively performances, the production set a joyful, inclusive tone for the venue’s future.
Directed by Bronagh Lagan with stylish design by Gregor Donnelly, Exhibitionists received warm reviews for its energy, charm, and heartfelt humour—making it a perfect start to the King’s Head Theatre’s exciting new chapter.
